            This week I’ve read an article about climate changes. More precisely the text was about the US president statement, which had told a major summit about the decisive decade for facing climate change.                Joe Biden is a president known of his radical statement about climate change top United States has declared to set a goal for itself to cut carbon emissions by about 50% till the 2029 ends. Some people could find it very surprising and even incredible because they doubled the target form the previous summit of 40 global leaders. Opposite to the US, other biggest CO2 emitters like China and India didn’t make any new obligations.
